- A judgment entered in a county other than that in which rendered, so as to perfect a judgment lien upon real estate in the other county, upon the filing of a transcript of the judgment record in such county. 30A Am J Rev ed Judgm § 124. A judgment of a justice of the peace made a judgment of a court of record by filing a transcript of the record of the judgment in the court of the justice of the peace with the clerk of the court of record.
