tractor
A motor-powered vehicle with cab for the driver, used for hauling vans or trailers. An engine having traction, powered by gasoline or diesel fuel, used for moving heavy objects and in pulling plows and other implements of agriculture. A farm tractor is not a motor vehicle within the meaning of a statute providing for constructive or substituted service on a nonresident motorist. Anno: 48 ALR 1284.
