still beer
A substance made of corn meal and molasses, designed for the purpose of, and to be used for, distilling whisky. It is alcoholic and will produce intoxication if drunk to excess. Where it has been found to be in such physical state that it could be actually drunk as a beverage, it has been held to be such. Patterson v State, 24 Ga App 239.
