A property owned, held and controlled by a married woman free from the dominion or control by the husband, as provided in equity or by Married Woman's Acts. 26 Am J1st H & W §§ 34 et seq. A property placed by law in the ownership, management, and control of a married woman. Cross v Benson, 68 Kan 495, 75 P 558.
