Where a fact is to be established to the satisfaction of the court, the words "to the satisfaction of the court" do not mean simply the sufficiency of the proof, but go to the quieting of the mind of the judge, -go to the freedom to act according to his judgment on the question, and this is particularly the case where he is to judge as to his own bias and prejudice.
