Pronouncing sentence for a criminal offense after revision, modification, or vacation of judgment, during the term at which the judgment was entered. 21 Am J2d Crim L §§ 569 et seq. Pronouncing sentence after a reversal on appeal because of error of the trial court in imposing sentence, whether by the appellate court or the trial court upon remand of the case. 5 Am J12d A & E § 976.
