Quando duo jura coneurrunt in una persona, aequum est ac si essent in diversis
When two rights concur in one person, it is just as if they were in different persons. The maxim is applied in the rule that where there are two separate rights of entry in one person, the loss of one of the rights by lapse of time does not impair the other. Kissinger v Wilson, 53 Ark 400.
