Literally, a plea of not injured. A proper pleading by the defendant in an action on a covenant to indemnify and save harmless. 27 Am J1st Indem § 33. A plea interposed in an action of debt on a bond, which is equivalent to a plea setting up the defendant's fulfillment of his obligation. State Bank v Chetwood, 8 NJL 1, 25.
