photographic copy
A copy of a written instrument made by the process of photographing the original, the copy produced sometimes being reduced in size. Enelow v New York Life Ins. Co. (CA3 Pa) 83 F2d 550, 105 ALR 493, cert den 298 US 680, 80 L Ed 1401, 56 S Ct 948. A photograph of a document is but a copy of that document, and its admission in evidence as a document is governed by the rules pertaining to copies. Maclean v Scripps, 52 Mich 214, 218.
