An issue of stock by a corporation in excess of the amount prescribed or limited by its charter. 18 Am J2d Corp § 230. An issue of bonds by a corporation in excess of the limit placed upon the amount of bonded indebtedness by the charter. 19 Am J2d Corp § 1061.
