A flood the occurrence of which is reasonably to be anticipated, considering past experience in the weather and the topographical situation. Anno: 23 ALR2d 757. A flood in a series of floods occurring at intervals which are regular or irregular, frequent or infrequent. Cairo, Vincennes & Chicago R. Co. v Brevoort (CC Ind) 62 F 129.
