One dwelling. Although the courts are in substantial agreement that a restriction in a covenant to "residence" purposes, standing alone, does not prohibit multiple dwellings, this unanimity disappears when the modifying term "one" is inserted before the word "residence." Anno: 14 ALR2d 1409.
