noncancelable policy
A policy of insurance containing provisions which limit the right of the insurer to cancel the policy, particularly a policy of health and accident insurance restricting cancellation after an illness or accident occurring to the insured. Dudgeon v Mutual Ben. Health & Acci. Asso. 70 F2d 49.
