Morris Plan bank
A bank of a particular type, organized and operating for the primary purpose of enabling wage earners of good character to obtain credit on an instalment basis. Morris Plan Co. v Currie (Sup App T) 161 NYS 292. A company which, while engaged in lending money, does so on a basis distinguishing it quite clearly from an institution operating in competition with a national bank. First Nat.
