judicial process
A part of the legal system, contrasting with the administrative process. I Am J2d Adm Law § 16. Broadly, all the acts of the court from the beginning of an action or proceeding to the end. Blair v Maxbass Secur. Bank, 44 ND 12, 176. In a more narrow sense, the means of acquiring jurisdiction over person or thing or the means of enforcing and carrying out the judgment of the court, in other words the ordinary concept of process.
