judgment of conviction
A judgment against the defendant in a criminal case; a judgment denoting the action of a court of criminal jurisdiction formally declaring to the accused the legal consequences of the guilt which he has confessed or of which he has been convicted. Ellis v State, 100 Fla 27, 129 So 106, 69 ALR 783.
