integration
In the most modern sense of the term, the bringing together of people of all races, but particularly of the black and white races, in all the common concerns of men-educational, political, industrial, religious, and social-by removing all bars of discrimination based on race or color. As a term of economics, the status of an industry operating in continuity from the extraction of the raw materials to the last process in the completion of the product.
