Infamy in fact; the infamy which in fact exists where a person is supposed to be guilty of a crime, but it has not been judicially proved. He who has been declared infamous in one country is infamous in a foreign country in fact, but not in law. Commonwealth v Green, 17 Mass (17 Tyng) 515, 541.
