- alia enormia
- Other wrongs. A formal, general allegation usually at the end of a declaration or complaint in an action of trespass, under which circumstances of aggravation accompanying the act complained of may be proved, without further specification in the pleading, when such acts do not afford a substantial ground of action in themselves. They give character and quality to the act complained of, and show the degree of the injury, and could not be redressed at all if not alleged to be proved as incidents of the trespass. 22 Am J2d Damg § 278.
