gradual decrease

gradual decrease
Not necessarily an equal or uniform reduction per year. Moss v Aetna L. Ins. Co. (CA6 Tenn) 73 F2d 339. The term, appearing in a clause of a life insurance policy relative to surrender charges, does not require equal or uniform reductions, particularly not, if the policy shows the net sums available at the close of each year of the policy. Anno: 111 ALR 974.
