In one sense, an intention to create a trust, executed by a definite and unequivocal disposition of property in accordance with the intention; in another, and more familiar sense, a trust that is final and definite in respect of the limitations of the equitable interest, so that no aid by an equity court is required to settle and model the limitations in accordance with the intention of the creator of the trust. 54 Am J1st Trusts § 7.
