entire compensation

entire compensation
As used in a statute providing for the recovery of "entire compensation" for the unlicensed use by the government of a patented invention, the term includes interest upon the damages found to have been suffered. Waite v United States, 282 US 508, 75 L Ed 494, 51 S Ct 227.
