docketing judgment
Noting a judgment, which has been entered of record, upon the judgment docket, so that notice may be taken readily by anyone concerned, and that execution may be issued. 30A Am J Rev ed Judgm § 93. The entry of a judgment is a proceeding distinct from that of docketing. Rockwood v Davenport, 37 Minn 533, 35 NW 377. See entry of judgment.
