dissolution bond
A bond given by the defendant in an action in which property has been attached, for the purpose of obtaining an entire dissolution of the attachment, the condition of the bond being that the defendant will perform or satisfy whatever judgment is obtained against him in the action. 6 Am J2d Attach § 523.
