disposing mind
A test of testamentary capacity, being a mind capable of knowing and understanding the disposition to be made of one's property by will and the persons upon whom bounty is to be bestowed, notwithstanding some element of mental unsoundness. Freeman v Easly, 117 Ill 317, 321. The mind of a testator who is fully capable of comprehending the testamentary disposition which his will has made of his property.
