Places where the carcasses of animals are rendered into usable products; places where sewage is treated and reduced to the point where it is not harmful or annoying to the senses. A place provided by a municipality for receiving and disposing of garbage, such disposal being by incineration or other method of treatment. A municipal use within the meaning of a zoning ordinance.
