current yearly pay
As used in a statute respecting the compensation of army officers, the term "current yearly pay" means the regular, ordinary pay which an officer may be entitled to for a year's service under the facts of his case. United States v Mills, 196 US 223, 49 L Ed 732, 25 S Ct 434.
