wrongful execution
An actionable wrong predicated upon irregular procedure, irregularity in the judgment upon which the writ was obtained, the doing of an act outside the authority conferred by the writ, an improper seizure of property, a wrongful sale, or the enforcement of an execution in violation of an injunction. 30 Am J2d Exec §§ 755 et seq.
