A sign, device, or mark by which the articles produced or dealt in by a particular person or organization are distinguished or distinguishable from those produced or dealt in by others. 52 Am J1st Tradem § 2. A mark entitled to registration under the federal statute relating to the registration of trademarks, whether registered or not. 15 USC § 108.
