Si quidem in nomine, cognomine, praenomine, agnomine legatarii testator erraverit, cum de persona constat nihilominus valet legatum

(Civil law.) If any testator shall have erred in the name, the cognomen, the praenomen or title of a legatee, the legacy will nevertheless be valid when the person intended is made clear.
