A business, of great proportions in modern times, for the furnishing of automobiles to customers at airports, railroad stations, bus stations, hotels, etc. under leases providing for the payment of a fixed rental, the automobile to be driven by the lessee. A business consisting mainly in furnishing automobiles from a central garage on orders generally by telephone is not an agency for public use or a public utility.
