Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act
A federal statute which sets up a comprehensive plan for the payment of unemployment insurance benefits to persons defined in the act as employees of railroads, and other specified employees engaged in or intimately connected with carriage by rail. 45 USC §§ 351 et seq.; 48 Am J1st Soc Sec § 12.
