lodging house keeper's lien
The statutory lien of the keeper of a lodging house upon goods of a lodger brought upon the premises for the former's charges against the latter for the lodging and services appertaining to the lodging, the lien sometimes being extended by statute to goods of a third person brought upon the premises by the lodger. 29 Am J Rev ed Innk §§ 145 et seq.
