A term applying to both male and female. 4 Am J2d Annul § 32. Incapacity, whether from malformation or organic defect, to have natural and complete sexual intercourse. 4 Am 12d Annul § 32. Incapacity for ordinary and complete sexual intercourse, whether arising from malformation or absence of the sexual parts or organs or genital weakness. 35 Am J1st Mar § 121. Inability to engage in, or lack of capacity for, normal sexual intercourse. Anno: 65 ALR2d 778 § 2. Excessive sensibility rendering sexual intercourse practically impossible on account of the pain it would inflict is within the meaning of impotency which renders a marriage voidable.
