implied notice
A kind of actual notice rather than constructive notice; sometimes referred to as implied actual notice. 39 Am J1st Notice § 6. Notice inferred from the means of knowledge open to a person, without proof that he used them. Texas Co. v Aycock, 190 Tenn 16, 227 SW2d 41, 17 ALR2d 322. Sometimes confused with "constructive notice" which is a matter of legal inference rather than actual notice. 39 Am J1st Notice § 6. Hunt v Ellis, 27 NM 397, 201 P 1064.
