extendi facias
A form of writ of execution, also known as a writ of extent, against the body, goods, and lands of the judgment debtor. 30 Am J2d Exec § 29. In some jurisdictions, a writ under which lands are seized by the sheriff and delivered to the plaintiff for the purpose of the recovery of the debt out of the rents and profits, but appraised at their full extended value before delivery to the plaintiff. 30 Am J2d Exec § 29.
