A proceeding instituted by an aggrieved client, the state's attorney, a bar association, a committee of a bar association, an individual attorney at law, or a group of attorneys at law not constituting a committee of a bar association, or instituted by the court on its own motion, seeking the disbarment of an attorney at law for cause or causes stated. 7 Am J2d Attys §§ 60 et seq.
